About Me

My calm, positive and empathic nature makes it easy for me to work with clients. In a feel-good atmosphere I would like to motivate you unobtrusive and pleasant. Due to my autoimmune disease (hashimoto), I have been intensively involved with the topic of nutrition for years. Diverse documentations and doctors, such as Dr. med. Michael Greger, have finally opened my eyes. The approach of the vegan diet helped me to find my personal balance with body, mind and soul. Never before have I felt so powerful, vital, healthy and fit.

In my spare time, I am continuing my education and training in nutrition. In October 2019, I will start my master’s degree in nutritional therapy. My sporting interests include swimming, cycling, bouldering and slacklining. Another big passion is traveling. A 13 month trip through Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand impressed and changed me.
